商品代金以外に必要な料金
Hello Japanから直接購入する場合、以下の費用が発生する場合があります。
- 配送料
- 関税、輸入税、その他配送先の国・地域で課される税金または手数料
- 選択した決済サービスにより発生する手数料（該当する場合）
配送料は、配送先、商品の重量・サイズ、配送方法その他の条件により異なります。実際に適用される送料は、注文確定前の購入手続画面に表示されます。
関税、輸入税その他配送先の国・地域で課される費用が発生した場合は、適用法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、お客様のご負担となります。
Buyee Connect経由で購入する場合は、国際配送料、Buyeeのサービス利用料、決済・オプションサービスに関する料金、関税・税金その他の費用が別途発生する場合があります。具体的な金額および条件については、Buyeeが提供する表示・規約等をご確認ください。
支払方法
Hello Japanから直接購入する場合は、クレジットカード決済その他購入手続画面に表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。
Buyee Connect経由で購入する場合は、Buyeeが提供する決済方法が適用されます。
支払時期
Hello Japanから直接購入する場合：
- クレジットカード決済：商品注文時にお支払いが確定します。
- その他の決済方法：各決済サービスの定める時期に従います。
Buyee Connect経由で購入する場合は、Buyeeが定める支払条件および手続に従います。
商品の引渡時期
Hello Japanから直接発送する注文は、支払い確認後、通常7営業日程度を目安に発送します。
発送後の配送期間は、配送先、配送方法、通関状況その他の条件により異なります。詳細については、Shipping & Deliveryをご確認ください。
商品の仕入れ状況、注文状況、休業日、天候、配送業者の運用状況、通関手続、配送先国・地域の事情その他当社の合理的な管理を超える事情により、発送または配送が遅れる場合があります。
Buyee Connect経由の注文について、Hello Japanは商品をBuyee指定の日本国内倉庫へ発送し、当該倉庫への配送完了をもってHello Japanの商品引渡義務が完了します。
Buyee指定倉庫から購入者への国際配送はBuyeeを通じて行われます。国際配送の方法・期間その他の条件については、Buyeeが提供する案内をご確認ください。
注文キャンセル
Hello Japanから直接購入した注文の全部または一部をキャンセルする場合は、注文ステータスページよりキャンセルリクエストを送信してください。
キャンセルは、注文または対象商品が発送準備に入る前に限り可能です。
発送準備開始後または発送後は、適用法令により別途認められる場合を除き、キャンセルすることはできません。
発送後の申請については、対象となる場合、Returns & Refunds Policyに従い返品として取り扱います。
Buyee Connect経由の注文に関するキャンセルのお問い合わせおよび手続は、Buyee Customer Supportを通じて行い、Buyeeが定める規約・ポリシー等に従って取り扱われます。
返品・交換・返金
Hello Japanから直接購入した商品について、商品に欠陥・破損がある場合、または注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、当社の通常の返品ポリシーに基づき、商品受領後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。
この7日間の申告期間は、適用法令により認められる、より長い期間またはその他の法定の権利を制限するものではありません。
お客様都合による返品・交換・返金は、適用法令により別途認められる場合を除き、原則としてお受けしておりません。
欠陥、破損または商品違いを理由として返品が承認された場合の合理的な返品送料は、Hello Japanが負担します。
その他の理由で例外的に返品を認める場合は、当社が別途同意した場合または適用法令により別途求められる場合を除き、返品送料はお客様のご負担となります。
返品が承認された場合は、返品商品を受領・確認した後、原則として注文時に使用された決済方法へ返金します。
キャンセル、返品、返金、Happy Bag等のランダム商品、中古商品、未受領・返送された荷物その他の詳細については、Returns & Refunds Policyをご確認ください。
Buyee Connect経由の注文に関するキャンセル、返品、返金、補償、商品違い、破損その他の申請・お問い合わせは、Buyee Customer Supportを通じて行ってください。
Buyee指定の日本国内倉庫への引渡しが完了するまでにHello Japan側に起因する問題が生じた場合は、必要に応じてBuyeeと連携して確認・対応します。この場合も、お客様からのお問い合わせおよび関連する手続はBuyee Customer Supportを通じて行われます。
Buyee Connect経由の返品・返金・補償等には、Buyeeが定める規約・ポリシー・手続が適用されます。
上記の定めは、適用法令によりお客様に認められる法定の権利を制限するものではありません。

Payment Methods
For purchases made directly from Hello Japan, customers may use credit card payment and other payment methods displayed during checkout.
For purchases made through Buyee Connect, the payment methods provided by Buyee apply.
Payment Timing
For purchases made directly from Hello Japan:
- Credit card payments are confirmed when the order is placed.
- For other payment methods, payment timing is subject to the terms of the applicable payment service provider.
For purchases made through Buyee Connect, payment timing and procedures are subject to the applicable terms and procedures of Buyee.
Delivery Time
Orders shipped directly by Hello Japan are typically dispatched within approximately 7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times after shipment vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and other applicable conditions. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy for further details.
Shipment or delivery may be delayed due to product sourcing status, order volume, holidays, weather, carrier operations, customs procedures, conditions in the destination country or region, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For orders placed through Buyee Connect, Hello Japan ships the products to a warehouse in Japan designated by Buyee. Hello Japan’s obligation to deliver the products is completed when the products are delivered to the Buyee-designated warehouse in Japan.
International delivery from the Buyee-designated warehouse to the purchaser is arranged through Buyee. Please refer to the information provided by Buyee for applicable international shipping methods, delivery times, and other conditions.
Order Cancellations
For orders placed directly with Hello Japan, if you need to cancel all or part of an order, please submit a cancellation request through your order status page.
Cancellation is possible only before the order or the relevant item has entered preparation for shipment.
Once the order or item has entered preparation for shipment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled except where otherwise required by applicable law.
After shipment, any eligible request will be handled as a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For orders placed through Buyee Connect, cancellation inquiries and procedures must be handled through Buyee Customer Support and are subject to the applicable terms and policies of Buyee.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
For products purchased directly from Hello Japan, if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form within 7 days after receiving the product under our standard return policy.
This 7-day reporting period does not limit any longer period or other statutory right available under applicable law.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer convenience are generally not accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If an approved return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Hello Japan will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
If we exceptionally accept a return for another reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
If a return is approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
For further details regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, random-item products such as Happy Bags, pre-owned products, unclaimed or returned packages, and other applicable conditions, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For orders placed through Buyee Connect, all inquiries and requests regarding cancellation, returns, refunds, compensation, incorrect items, damage, or related matters must be submitted through Buyee Customer Support.
If an issue attributable to Hello Japan occurs before completion of delivery to the Buyee-designated warehouse in Japan, we will cooperate with Buyee as necessary to review and address the matter. Customer inquiries and related procedures will continue to be handled through Buyee Customer Support.
Returns, refunds, compensation, and related procedures for Buyee Connect orders are subject to the applicable terms, policies, and procedures of Buyee.
Nothing above limits any statutory rights available to customers under applicable law.
