Orders can be canceled only before the order or the relevant item has entered preparation for shipment.

To request cancellation of all or part of your order, please submit a cancellation request through your order status page.

Returns and refunds are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Happy Bags and other random assortment products cannot be returned or refunded based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with the contents, or expectation mismatch, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
