For orders shipped directly by Hello Japan, orders are typically processed in approximately 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• 3–5 business days via FedEx
• 8–15 business days via Japan Post

Processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to high order volume, peak seasons, holidays, or other circumstances.

For orders shipped directly by Hello Japan, duties, taxes, customs fees, or other import charges may be imposed by the destination country or region and are generally the responsibility of the recipient, except where otherwise required by applicable law. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

For orders placed through Buyee Connect, Hello Japan ships the order to a Buyee-designated warehouse in Japan.
International shipping from the Buyee-designated warehouse, including shipping methods, fees, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, taxes, and related procedures, is handled through Buyee.

By selecting Japan Post, you acknowledge and accept this condition. If you require the original packaging, we recommend selecting FedEx at checkout.

For orders placed directly with Hello Japan, orders can be canceled only before the order or the relevant item has entered preparation for shipment.

To request cancellation of all or part of a direct Hello Japan order, please submit a cancellation request through your order status page.

For direct Hello Japan orders, returns and refunds may be accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Under our standard return policy, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if there is an issue with your item.

Please note:

• Happy Bags and other random assortment products cannot be returned or refunded solely based on personal preference, dissatisfaction  with the contents, expectation mismatch, or the absence of a specific item, except where therwise required by applicable law.
• Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
• Additional shipping fees may apply to returned or unclaimed packages.

The 7-day reporting period and the conditions above do not limit any longer period or other statutory rights available under applicable law.

For orders placed through Buyee Connect,all inquiries and requests regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, compensation, incorrect items, damaged items, or related matters must be submitted through Buyee Customer Support and are subject to the applicable terms and policies of Buyee.
